Dean joined The Connective in 2021, after serving as Executive Director of Partnership for Economic Innovation (PEI), where he led a three-initiative organization dedicated to accelerating technology company development. The three initiatives are Pipeline AZ, a workforce development platform, The Connective, a smart region initiative, and two Applied Research Centers focused on wearable technology and block chain technology.

Before PEI, Dean was at SRP for over 28 years, where he served in the areas of strategy and finance. As Senior Director of Strategy, Dean lead an exceptional team of professionals responsible for managing SRP’s strategy, archives, and economic development. Prior, Dean led a team of exceptional professionals as SRP’s Corporate Treasurer. He has also held roles in Financial Planning, Pricing, sales, and training at SRP and within the computer industry.
